Your identities are your deepest beliefs about who you think you are. People fail at reaching their goals and vision when what they WANT doesn’t match who they THINK they ARE. Your inner world creates your outer world, and you can’t outperform your self-image.
Your identity is reflected in your limiting beliefs, fears, actions and even non-actions. Behind all your actions are your beliefs about yourself and what you can achieve. Your old identities will continue to sabotage your efforts until you create new ones.
Getting to the next level might require an identity shift, a change in the way you see yourself. If the way you see yourself doesn’t match the dream you’re going after, you will not achieve it.

Before I attended Erin Summ’s Bold Powerful You Unleashed retreat in October 2019, I was stagnant in business and unhappy in my relationship. Through the retreat, the visioning workshop and our coaching together to build my confidence, I had my BEST YEAR EVER in 20 years in my Pure Romance in-home party business in 2020, during a pandemic! I had my best month ever in February with over $10,000 in personal sales, and over $68,000 in personal sales in 2020, when the majority of my parties were online!
I pushed past many fears, healed and re-built my relationship, set boundaries and even bought my own house! It has been an incredible year and so much of that has to do with the support I received from Erin and her group coaching. I had huge mindset shifts and now I feel like nothing can stop me!
Since the workshop, I have gotten engaged and married, bought a house with my wife and had a baby! I moved my photography studio from a place where I was located for 14 years, to my in home studio, saving tons of money, and took over as the president of Sacramento NACE, (National Association of Catering and Events). I have made mental shifts that support me in reaching my success and goals, every day.
I have made big changes in my self-care and wellness, making this a priority to support me in reaching my life and business goals. Before working with Erin, I was terrified of being seen, panicking at the thought of speaking and putting myself out there. I attended Erin Summ’s visioning workshop in 2018, and discovered I had very deeply buried secret dreams of speaking, writing books and starting a business coaching business. I saw the dream, but was way too afraid to take action.
In October 2019, I attended her Bold Powerful You Unleashed retreat, then continued in her group program through 2020. One day I panicked when I was asked to do an interview, so Erin took me through some processes to get out of my fear and feel more confident. As soon as the very next day, when I got asked to do an interview, I no longer felt fear, but was excited and could see possibilities for what was to come!
This past year working with Erin I have come out of my shell and blossomed, becoming more confident, embracing my creative, authentic, rebel self. I started my business coaching branch of my business, wrote chapters in compilation books, began writing my own book, started doing interviews, videos and even ran my first business class!
I’ve gotten more comfortable setting boundaries and gotten clear on what I really want in my life and business. I’m so excited to be creating a new reality as a bold, confident woman!
I don’t look at things with the same eyes anymore. Things can be however I want them to be, I have a positive, fresh outlook. I’m taking action on the possibilities, not just sitting back and thinking “that would be nice.” I’m dreaming bigger, believing I can have more, and making things happen.
I feel way more confident than when I attended the first workshop, get out of my comfort zone a lot more, and the more my confidence grows, the more I feel is achievable. I even lost 35 pounds and am back to my pre-pregnancy weight!
I now am confident that my vision is achievable, which keeps me motivated and moving forward, growing and growing. It’s so exciting!!
