I needed help with my confidence as I had started an in-home business. I went to her vision board workshop and my big, big goal was to earn a trip to Alaska through my business by getting lots of sales and growing my team. At the time I had a very small team. Within 8 months of the workshop, I grew a very big team! I have now earned two incentive trips to Alaska and Hawaii and was able to take my husband too!

Since joining Erin’s supportive community, my business has changed quite a bit, it has been such a blessing. Before working with Erin I was struggling, had a hard time asking for what I was worth, or seeing my value. I felt I was begging people to buy my products and I never felt like I had worked hard enough to “earn” the money. My confidence was lacking.
I now feel so empowered, my attitude has changed to be more positive and I expect success. I now acknowledge my worth and the vast knowledge I have for my products, and have gotten rid of some of those “I’m not worth it” limiting beliefs. I am stepping out of my comfort zone, which is bringing me more opportunities and business. AND I am now charging for my classes I once did for free!

Before Erin’s Visioning Workshop my cleaning business was hit and miss. I felt like I was trying to force my business to work. Since the workshop, I am laser focused, intentional and taking action. I am more positive and receptive to opportunities coming my way. My business has grown by leaps and bounds, and I am even partnering with real estate agents to clean homes go get them beautiful to go on the market. And I even was able to purchase a new car!
I don’t look at things with the same eyes anymore. Things can be however I want them to be, I have a positive, fresh outlook. I’m taking action on the possibilities, not just sitting back and thinking “that would be nice.” I’m dreaming bigger, believing I can have more, and making things happen.
When I first started working with Erin I realized that along the road of my life I lost my confidence. I felt I wasn’t going where I wanted to go in my business and personal life, I felt stuck.
I enrolled in one of Erin’s courses and attended 2 visioning workshops. At first I really didn’t think this was going to work for me but I had a few ah ha moments. If I wanted to achieve my dreams I needed to take some bigger steps out of my comfort zone.
I’m thrilled and amazed that through the safe support that Erin created I found myself stepping way outside my comfort zone. I found that brave confident soul inside of me again. It wasn’t easy because when you start to make big changes that inner voice gets a lot louder before it quiets down. Erin is so supportive and helpful, and inspiring!
My business has bloomed, I’m speaking in public and working on workshops. I traveled alone to a retreat and participated in the fire walk. And I even got certified as a life coach myself!
I now take the time to really listen to that inner dialogue, and question what I’m saying to myself. It feels great to be reunited with my confident brave self again.
Before working with Erin, I had a lot of things on my list to accomplish, but there wasn’t much movement happening on any of it. I was feeling stagnant and depressed. She helped me to realize how badly I really wanted those things, and that I had a lot of fear around not accomplishing them, which was keeping me stuck.

Before the Bold Powerful You Retreat I felt lost and my business plateaued. My relationship with my partner was rocky. This event helped me find my limiting beliefs and self-worth. It has helped me have clarity of what was blocking me within myself and my business, and gave me tools and confidence to be more bold in all areas of my life.
It was a real treat to be able to express myself without feeling judged. Finding out what is getting in my way of progress is so important. I now don’t have to prove my worth, because I know I am enough.

I had always thought of having my own dessert shop but I always had a fear of failure as well. I took jobs to make money to take care of my children and pay bills but was never happy. Erin helped me see that I should do what makes me happy and the rest would fall into place. I had to do what I was Passionate about. For my 50th birthday I took a leap of faith and enrolled in Culinary School. I had the best time. The first quarter I made Honor Roll, second quarter President’s Honor Roll and just this past quarter Dean’s Honor Roll. I now bake bread for an Organic Co-op and have been asked to bake desserts for a café in our neighborhood. My husband and I are looking at buildings to open our dessert Lounge. When I now talk about this new venture I do not feel fear I feel pride in seeing my growth and so very glad I took the leap of faith in myself and my abilities. I am not looking back but ahead to the greatness that is coming. Thank you Erin so much for giving me that push that we all sometimes need. Because of you, I did not give up.

Erin has a way of posing questions at the exact perfect time. Her coaching technique allows you to come to your own conclusions, but the questions she asks aren’t ones you’d normally think to ask yourself.
I have been struggling with my business for over a year now. Erin helped me realize that I was standing in my own way, and together we built a simple 3-step action plan. Knowing she was going to be there, asking me if I accomplished my steps, kept me accountable. In the short 2 months since devising that plan my business has skyrocketed. Last month was my best month EVER! I am also positioned for a stellar June, and July is looking promising too. Her help was invaluable. Before I began working with Erin, I was considering giving up on growing my practice. I was limping along on one to two clients a month and was full of fear that I would not be able to pay my bills. Before attending the class with Erin I thought I was shy and introverted. Just after couple of classes I awakened the extrovert in me and I haven’t stopped generating projects, relationships and breakthroughs since. Instead of hiding and not speaking with “strangers,” I became a speakers coordinator for Mastery for Women, and in just 2 days I was able to book speakers for 6 months.
